My name is Bhagirath Jadeja and I help content creators and brands doing more than $20,000 per month scale with RELIABLE editors. In 2020, while running a YouTube growth and management team, I faced a TON of challenges when I was hiring my first editors.
Poor communication making me feel frustrated because I had no idea where my project was. I dealt endless revisions which ended up delaying all of my videos because there was SO MUCH back and forth and subpar quality which caused an inconsistent look and feel on my channel, which just confused my viewers. Frustrated, I decided to take matters into my own hands and train my own content editors that could deliver video edits the way content creators need them TODAY.
A method that would allow content creators and brands to be OVER communicated with - because I know how stressful it can be to get ghosted and not be communicated with from editors AND A method that delivered QUALITY edits - because I know how time consuming it can be to send endless amounts of revisions OR hire editors who just “don’t get my vision.” This is what led me to the FOCUS roadmap which is what we use for our clients today.
